Clicker Training for Dogs Third Meetup- History and Theory 101

We will be exploring the History of Clicker training, what does "clicker training" *really * mean, what's the difference between "using a clicker" and "being a clicker trainer" and Learning Theory 101; plus Q& A with your own dogs! This will not be (too much) boring theory and it's the backbone behind successfully learning to train your dog. We will uncover the "mystery" behind using that noisy piece of plastic called a clicker and show you a wonderful way to communicate with your beloved canine.

We'd like to invite all shelter dog workers, doggie day care workers, trainers, groomers, vet techs and veterinarians in the area to join our very devoted pet owners in understanding the canine mind. Be able to tell your clients and friends that you use scientifically based techniques when you interact with their animals which are not only humane but fun - and so can they!
